Charbroil Grills
Modern Charbroil Grills can be used to create an amazing array of taste sensations. From cooking steaks, roasting whole chickens or even basting a yummy lamb roast. With this sort of Bbq grillware only your imagination is the limit.
Currently on the market there are a few different types of this gill, but in essence they all end up doing the exactly the same thing. The way in which each one is unique is the variety of fuel, which you can use. I will explain what I mean by this as follows.
First up you have the ever-popular wood fired sort. This one can be a bit tricky to use at times as the wood does have a tendency to spit the embers. You also have to deal with the ghastly smoke, which will enviably occur during the cooking process. If a strong gust of wind was to come by at that time, you will end up with a face and lungs full of smoke.
Next up is the mostly popular charcoal variety. This one is an age-old favorite and is easy to both load up prior to cooking and is simple to use during the actual cooking process as well. Now in saying that there are a few rumors going about that the charcoal may be harmful to your health if you consume a lot of Bbq cooked meat each week, but if your only a once a week or month type of person then you should be fine.
Lastly there is the butane gas fueled type. Personally this is a massive winner in my book as all of this type come with a built in thermostat, which means you won’t ever have problems cooking your food, know when it is ready or end up with a charcoal brick which 30 minutes earlier resembled a chicken breast.
My favorite meat to grill would have to be without a doubt chicken and then fish, I’m not really that much of a meat eater. With the chook there is just so many different things you can do in the flavor department. From basting to seasoning to even letting it roast in it’s own juices, you will never get bored.
